- – Ensured 100% working of Street lights .
- – Damaged cables replaced
- – 54 nos Street Lights replaced with new lights (Found Damaged, broken and life over).
- 2. Parks :
- – Damaged walls reconstructed and plaster done
- – Paint done on walls and Railings in all parks
- – Missing gates restored for park 2
- – Street lights provided for Parks by Double lights mounting on poles .
- – 10 nos benches ensured through Hon. Chairman, next lot will be provided soon.
- 3. Water Line :
- – Purchased Electro fusion Welding machine for quick action on pipe leakages
- – Created and maintaining HDPE fittings stock .
- – Restored all leakages as and when reported
- 4. Electrical panels:
- – Street Light panels Autonomous maintenance
- – Damaged/worn out electrical parts replaced
- – Bypassed Contactor replaced to ensure power tripping in case of short circuit.
- – Panel Cleaning done
- -Cables dressing done and proper routing done to avoid damages to panel doors.
- 5.Horticulture:
- – Brush cutter machine purchased and being regularly maintained .
- – All Empty plots/Green area grass cutting being regularly ensured
- – Weedicide chemical spray machine purchased, chemical regularly being sprayed
- – Tree trimming done after monsoon season .
- 6.Roads :
- – Main road from gate (In/Out) constructed
- – Utkarsh internal roads repairing done
- – All potholes filled and breakers restored
- – Road side Kerb stone painting done approx. 60% area covered . Remaining Work is in progress .
- 7. Visual displays:
- – Haridwar Greens Main gate LED board provided
- – Main gate and walls Rustic painting done
- – Speed limit signage, NO parking sign board mounted
- – Direction board for school, tower, Club etc mounted
- 8. Boundary wall & Lake Wall :

- – Damaged chambers re-constructed

- – Damaged Drain water line replacement in progress.
- 10. UPCL 11 KV Electricity Grid:
- – UPCL panel cleaning done from Grass
- – Electricity poles Touching tree cutting done time to time
- 11. Animal/Reptile/Mosquito safety:
- – Snake catchers purchased and Approx 70 snakes captured and shifted out of society
- – Mosquito spray ensured n complete society
- – Wild animal Goe, Magarmach rescued
- – Application served to Municipal corp. for Dogs menace
- 12. Housekeeping services:
- – Ensured 100% attendance and pickup of garbage throughout.
- – Regular maintenance of Garbage cart to ensure smooth operation.
- 13. Festival Celebrations:
- – Celebrated Independence day event
- – Diwali decorations, Diwali Sweets and gift distribution to staff and manpower.
- 14 . Provision of store and backup office
- – Contracted for store for storage of regular consumables
- – Serves as backup office to avoid work halt in periods of issues.
- 15 . CAM payments transparency and Ease of residents:
- – Ensured Invoices being shared to each owner wherever possible every month
- – Ensured providing payment receipts from home without needs to visit maintenance office .
- – Shared updated record time to time in our social group .
